Why an implant

The artificial root that protects everything else.

A dental implant is the closest solution to a natural tooth for replacing one or more missing teeth. Anchored in the bone, it offers unmatched stability, comfort and aesthetics.

Unlike a bridge, it does not rely on neighbouring teeth: the health of your whole dentition is preserved over the long term.

The process

From assessment to the final crown.

Step 01

Radiographic assessment & 3D scan

A cone beam (3D scan) assesses bone density and volume. This is essential to plan placement with millimetre precision.

Step 02

Site preparation

If bone volume is insufficient, a bone graft can be done beforehand, using biocompatible materials to optimise integration.

Step 03

Implant placement

Under local anaesthesia, the titanium screw is inserted into the bone. The procedure takes 45 to 90 minutes, in a sterile theatre.

Step 04

Osseointegration

The implant gradually fuses with the bone over 3 to 6 months. A temporary crown may be fitted for aesthetic reasons.

Step 05

Fitting the final crown

Once integrated, the zirconia or ceramic crown is fitted, shaded to the exact colour of your teeth for an undetectable result.

Benefits

As if the tooth had never been lost.

Permanent solution

A well-placed, well-maintained implant lasts a lifetime. It does not come loose, slip or deteriorate.

100% natural look

The crown is shaded and sculpted to blend perfectly with your teeth. Undetectable.

Protects neighbouring teeth

Unlike a bridge, the implant does not touch adjacent teeth. The whole dentition is preserved.

A sterile theatre

A precise placement, in the best conditions.

Every procedure is planned in 3D and carried out in a sterile environment, for your safety and a lasting result.

Frequently asked questions

Is placing an implant painful?

The procedure is done under local anaesthesia — no pain during surgery. Mild after-effects (pain, swelling) last 48-72h, managed with simple painkillers.

How long does an implant last?

A well-integrated implant lasts a lifetime. It is the crown that may need replacing after 15 to 20 years of wear.

Can everyone have an implant?

The vast majority of adults can. Certain conditions require a prior assessment. A consultation determines your eligibility.

How much does a dental implant cost in Casablanca?

The cost depends on the number of implants, any grafting, and the type of crown. A detailed quote is given after the assessment. Payment plans available.
