The process

From assessment to retention.

Step 01

Initial orthodontic assessment

Clinical exam, photographs and 3D digital impressions. This models your case and sets out a precise tooth-movement plan.

Step 02

Result simulation

Before even starting, you see the expected result on a 3D model. You decide fully informed.

Step 03

Custom fabrication

Each aligner set is made from your digital impression. Clear and smooth, they fit your anatomy perfectly.

Step 04

Wear 20 to 22h a day

You wear each aligner about 2 weeks before the next. You remove them to eat, drink and brush.

Step 05

Follow-up appointments

Every 6 to 8 weeks, Dr. Anfer checks progress and ensures the result follows the plan.

Step 06

Retention

At the end of treatment, a discreet retention wire holds the result over time.
